Devoted to understanding, celebrating and empowering the confidence of young women of color, this event will bring attention to and illuminate the importance of confidence, how to cultivate it, how to develop it, and how to make it last. With a focus on how to develop confidence through self-esteem and self-love, ending shame and overcoming self-criticism, attendees (students, recent graduates) will connect with peers and role models alike as we explore and share how mind, movement, sleep, and nutrition play into building confidence.
